The reimagining of Old Port Royale at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will be completed soon and Sebastian's Bistro will be replacing the former Shutters table-service restaurant. Sebastian’s Bistro, a casual, family-friendly table service restaurant, revealed the new menu that combines Latin and Caribbean flavors with fresh ingredients.
Menu items range from seafood and steak to salads, sandwiches, and burgers and balances traditional spices with tropical flavors to create a flavorful menu. Let's look at the new menu!

Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil
Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce
Arepa with slow-cooked pork and chili-mango barbecue sauce.
Entrees
Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” with crispy yuca, Citrus-Stuffed Sustainable Whole Fish with turmeric brown rice and cilantro-lime vinaigrette
Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales with sautéed peppers and salsa verde
Crab Cake-topped Burger with lettuce, tomato, and horseradish mayonnaise
Crispy Avocado Bacon Burger with chimichurri and pico de gallo
