What better way to celebrate Star Wars day, a.k.a. May the 4th, then to interact with your droid from Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge or build your very own digital droid with the all-new Droid Depot mobile app.
The app, available for free download on the App Store and Google Play, brings your BB-series or R-series astromech droid unit from Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to life at home. As you know your previously built droid can interact with elements in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, but now your droids can interact with you at home.
If haven’t built an astromech droid unit yet, you can build a digital droid in the app. So channel your inner droid builder and build a digital droid and create a whole new virtual collection of droids!
If you want a physical droid and haven't already visited Galaxy's Edge, pre-built versions of BB-8 and R2-D2 interactive remote control droids from Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge are available for a limited time, while supplies last, on shopDisney.com. Once they arrive all you have to do is sync them with the app.
The Droid Depot app is available in the U.S. and Canada and can be downloaded for free on the App Store or Google Play.
