FAQ's About the New Disney Theme Park Reservation System!

The Disney Park Pass system that will be used to reserve your theme park admission was announced today and more questions and answers have been revealed!


Confirmed Answers:


When will the Disney Parks Pass booking system open?

  • The Disney Parks Pass booking system will operate at 7 AM ET/4 AM PT (same as FastPass+).

Will a time be required for entry?

  • A time will have to be selected for when you can visit the park on each day

Will park hopping return later this year?

  • Park hopping will not be possible for the remainder of 2020

Once I have started my reservation will it secure my spot?

  • Availability can change until the reservation is finalized

Can guests at Swan & Dolphin, Four Seasons, and Disney Springs Resort area hotels make reservations on the same dates at Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests?

  • Guests will have the same access to the reservation system as Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests on June 22. Guests must have already purchased their theme park tickets and have the tickets linked to their My Disney Experience to be able to make theme park reservations.

Is there a limit for AP reservations?

  • Annual Passholders will be limited to THREE reservations at a time if the AP does not have a Disney hotel reservation

How can I change my Park Hopper Ticket?

  • If you have a ticket that includes the Park Hopper Option or Park Hopper Plus Options the following options are available to you:

  • Ticket Extension: You may use your current date-based ticket by September 26, 2021 with the existing add-on options, should the options return by that date.

  • Ticket Modification: Resort Packages with tickets may be modified or cancelled. To discuss your options, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 beginning June 22, or contact your travel professional.

  • Ticket Cancellation: If you do not want to use your ticket, you also have the option of cancelling your ticket or package. To discuss your options, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 566-4985 beginning June 22, or contact your travel professional.


Remaining Questions:

  1. Will I be able to re-enter the same park if I leave for a mid-day break or dining reservation?

  2. Does the theme park reservation last all day after you enter at your reservation time?

  3. Is the Disney Park Pass System only available via website or can you use you My Disney Experience app?
