Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Welcomes Guests with Extra Extra Magic Hours!

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Welcomes Guests with Extra Extra Magic Hours!

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opened very early this morning (4AM guests were lining up!) and thousands of fans became the first official guests of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the largest expansion ever in a Disney Park! The awe-inspiring land opened to the public today at Walt Disney World Resort.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge transports you to Batuu, where you can explore the Black Spire Outpost and take in the Star Wars sights, sounds, smells and tastes. To help with the expected crowd control Walt Disney World has implemented a virtual queue system and provided “Extra” Extra Magic Hours that begin this Sunday, September 1, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and runs through November 2, 2019.

During this limited-time benefit, available for all guests staying at a Disney Resort, the park will open several attractions beginning at 6 a.m. each day, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (subject to capacity). That's not all! The extra magic hours also extends to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom Park.
