On Thursday, June 28, you can indulge in a feast from the lakes of Italy at Terralina Crafted Italian restaurant's grand opening at Disney Springs. Inspired by Italy’s Lake District, with its breathtaking vistas you can be transported to Lake Como as you sit outside at the veranda bar.
James Beard Award winning chef, Tony Mantuano and Executive Chef, Justin Plank, brings crafted Italian cooking based around genuine flavors and authentic dishes. The star of the restaurant is the kitchen and the wood-burning ovens that will provide you with a selection of hand tossed pizzas, fresh vegetables, and calzones. From the hearth menu, you can find genuine Italian cuisine cooked in Chef Tony’s signature Italian olive oil including House-made Porchetta, Citrus-Herb Brick Chicken and pasta dishes such as Capellini with Crab, Gnocchi, and House-made Lasagna.
Don't miss out on the desserts either! Delicious treats include cappuccino creme brûlée, , a take on tiramisu - biramisu, rustic fruit crostata with seasonal fruit, and lemon-thyme panna cotta.

From the appetizer menu the sneak peek includes the crab crostini with lemon-caper aïoli and fresh herbs and the spaghetti fritters with tomato, basil and mozzarella. From the garden menu the caprese salad looks so fresh with vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, the famous Terralina Crafted Italian Olive Oil, and balsamico.
