Must Do: The Mexico Pavilion at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

This week I had a chance to visit the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and fell in love with the Mexico Pavilion during this event.

As you walk from Future World to Mexico you encounter The Three Caballeros topiaries. Jose, Donald y Panchito are so photogenic that a selfie is a must during a visit to the festival.

While in the Mexico Pavilion make sure to stop at the Jardin de Fiestas outdoor kitchen to savor a pork taco with apple relish, goat cheese and chile de árbol sauce. Other offerings at Jardin de Fiestas outdoor kitchen include chilaquiles, capirotada and a rose margarita.

Last but definitely note least, make sure you stop by the Tropical Rainforest Garden to the right of the Mexico pyramid. The orchids are absolutely breathtaking and come in all different colors as they hang from the trees. The garden was my favorite part of the pavilion as I got lost in the tropics staring at all of the orchids!
