Are you ready to step into a tale as old as time? If you're a Beauty and the Beast fan then you will love the new Enchanted Rose lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
The upscale lounge is inspired by the magic and romance of Disney’s popular live-action movie, “Beauty and the Beast,” and features four unique spaces inspired by the film.
The main bar is gorgeous and is built around a chandelier inspired by Belle’s golden ball gown!
The quiet library showcases the classical baroque designs and French furnishings that were featured in the film. You can also find some special 'characters' throughout the room including Mrs. Potts and Cogsworth. A garden room is inspired by the enchanted forest surrounding the Beast's castle, and an outdoor patio replicates the Beast’s garden terrace.
The details throughout the lounge are opulent but are not too gaudy or ostentatious to make the area feel uncomfortable.
The food at the lounge is also delicious and the beverages are fancy although very expensive. You can enjoy shareable bites and a variety of beverages including cocktails, martinis, spirits, beer, cider and non-alcoholic options. Featured cocktails include:
Island Rose - grapefruit and rose vodka, lime, orgeat, pineapple, bitters, and rose water
Lavender Fog - dry gin, crème de violette, English breakfast tea, vanilla, and cream
Garden Daisy -tequila, midori, lime, egg white, and cucumber
Extensive collection of wine and Champagne by the glass
