Walt Disney World is expecting a busy weekend and has extended theme park hours for all four theme parks Friday September 25 - Sunday September 27. Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studios will be closing an hour later, Epcot will be closing one to two hours later, and Animal Kingdom will be opening an hour earlier and closing an hour later.
We recently told you about the extended closing hours for September 26, but Disney has made changes to their park hours for the entire weekend.
Magic Kingdom
Friday, September 25 - Park will be closing at 7 PM (Previously scheduled: 6 PM)
Saturday, September 26 - Park will be closing at 7 PM (Previously scheduled: 6 PM)
Sunday, September 27 - Park will be closing at 7 PM (Previously scheduled: 6 PM)
EPCOT
Friday, September 25 - Park will be closing at 9 PM (Previously scheduled: 7 PM)
Saturday, September 26 - Park will be closing at 9 PM (Previously scheduled: 8 PM)
Sunday, September 27 - Park will be closing at 9 PM (Previously scheduled: 7 PM)
Hollywood Studios
Friday, September 25 - Park will be closing at 8 PM (Previously scheduled: 7 PM)
Saturday, September 26 - Park will be closing at 8 PM (Previously scheduled: 7 PM)
Sunday, September 27 - Park will be closing at 8 PM (Previously scheduled: 7 PM)
Animal Kingdom
Friday, September 25 - Park hours: 8 AM - 6 PM (Previously scheduled: (9 AM- 5PM)
Saturday, September 26 - Park hours: 8 AM-6 PM (Previously scheduled: (9 AM- 6PM)
Sunday, September 27 - Park hours: 8 AM-6 PM (Previously scheduled: (9 AM- 6PM)
We believe the extended park hours are due to the crowds that are expected this weekend. A quick look at the theme park availability calendar shows that all Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, & Hollywood Studios are sold out for theme park guests and Disney resort guests. All four parks are sold our for Annual Passholders.
